Hi Ditch! Do you have a problem like this???

"On my first Vista install everything went fine but after install some
programas like Sonar, Sound Forge, nothing really special, ordinary
programs, the Vista wont boot, well, i can boot but that screen WELCOME
become endless. I have to hit the reset buttom 3/4 times to Vista to
initiate correctly.
When it happens seems that the hard disk stops, but the mouse animation
stays working, nothing else happens.

So, after look in foruns for a solution i did another fresh install but this
time with system restore working.

I did everything again, each program i installed i restarted the system,
after a test with 5 "boots" i marked a new point on System Restore.
Everything was going fine, so i did an install on Sound Forge 8.0.
Sound Forge requires Framework 1.1, Vista comes with 2.0 but sound forge
keeps asking to download 1.1.
I installed 1.1 and after the install, guess what! The problem came back, so
i thought that was Framework messing around....

I did the system restore, everything was fine on the boot process....to make
sure i initiate 5 times Windows Vista, no problems.
Hours ago i installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0.
After boot the system, here we go again, the problem is back! The boot
problem came back, that screen WELCOME become endless, nothing happens....
Again i used the System Restore and everything came back to normal...
This is weird...On XP e never had a single problem with boots, what is
wrong? Am i the only one with this kind of problem?
I have a Pentium D, Hd sata 250G, geforce 7600gs, 1G ram...
Again sorry my english, i am desperate to find a solution about this, is so
annoying see Vista dont initiate, have to reset the computer and wish that
the next boot can be fine.
Is a Bug? What is going on?
Thanks a lot for the help, this forum is my last hope hehehe"
