Vista Mail and Vista Contacts will not see Outlook Contacts

I had this problem before, but it was resolved with Microsoft Tech support
during my 1st 90 days with Vista. However, I just had to reinstall Vista 64.
Now Windows Mail will not see my Outlook contacts so when i wish to fax
something with Windows Fax and Scan I have to cut and paste the info from
Outlook. I cannot for the life of me remember how it was resolved, but I
remember that it was fairly simple.

Office Outlook is selected.
