VISTA Complete Backup - FAILURE - 0x8078006B

I have a 60gb WD USB 2.0 drive attached to new latop. Went to make a
"Windows Comple PC Backup and Restore" image. Selected said drive. Main
Drive on laptop is 90 gb. Starts the backup, receives this error:

"Failed to create the shared protection point on the source volumes.
(0x8078006B)

Additional Information:
THe shadow copy provider had an unexpected error while trying to process the
specified operation. (0x8004230F)."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My recommendation is to use Acronis True Image, you'll be much success with
it. I, myself using it, it saved me at least 3hrs to reload everything. When
I first prepared for this image, it took 3-4hrs to install Vista, install my
apps. and defrag the hard drive. Then it took me another 30min. to create the
image of my hard drive. Last night I tested and reloaded the image,
everything was working like the first time I installed it, and the best thing
about this is, it only took me 15min.
