Visioneer scanner for 98 only can it work on XP

I have a Visioneer Paper Port 3100 USb for windows 98
only scanner and would like to make it work using Windows
XP Home edition, can this be done. Thanks in advance for
your help.

I don't own such a scanner, but see:

It looks like the Windows 2000 drivers ought to be worth a try. Alternately,
there may be WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) drivers included with XP that
will support it, like for my old Epson scanner. (The Visioneer drivers may
have more functions, though.)

Yes, I will work with Windows XP. I Have the same scanner and same version of xp as you do.
