Virus or not virus..

I received a very intriguin e-mail stating that there was
such thing called jdbgmgr.exe,in peoples hardrives and
that it was a virus, i went to look for it, just out of
curiosity and found the little teddy bear icon as the
sender described.I looked into properties and it was a
microsoft@ debbuger Registrar for java;its also an
operating system for microsoft and windows version
5.000.3229. Now I Know it might not be, but then again is
it? This particular person send this e-mail to 1,000 more
e-mails could someone that isnt aware just be squeemed by
aol joke? anyways what is lol
