viewing email address and phone/fax numbers in contact list

In the contact listI am unable to see the email address, phone number and
some other items that have been entered in the contact general page, although
it is shown in the email address book. Why can't I see the email addresses
in the contact general page when it appears in the address book

You can view the email address and other details by changing the view. Do the
following:
1. Go to the Business Contacts folder
2. Select the menu 'View | Arrange By | Current View | [Phone List]'
3. Now, right click on the header on the Outlook pane and select 'Field
Chooser'
4. From the drop down select 'Email fields'
5. Drag and drop the field you want to add to the view from this dialog box
to the header of the Folder view.
You can choose the other fields similarly.
