Custom forms created in Outlook are only for use in Outlook. Outlook
Express is a beast of another specie, and cannot view Outlook forms,
custom or standard.

Dear Friend,

You can Convert your Outlook Express into Notes (DBX to NSF).
The outlook express is the inbuilt email client of the Windows operating system. The outlook express stores all information of a user’s account in .dbx format. For any reason, users of outlook express may want to use another email client like lotus notes. But creating email account using new program may results loss of valuable data that are stored in different email account of a user. To solve this program, one can use a powerful email migration tool like Kernel for DBX to NSF that converts outlook express mailbox information into file format of Lotus notes.
