videos?

I'm trying to figure out how to make a video off of my Video camera that
will not be so big on my website. I'm using Win TV 2000 and am only saving
about 15secs of video - but its huge ...

anyone that puts videos on their sites, could you tell me what programs you
use? Thanks!

Define "huge". Video files are never very small.

The usual ways of descrasing file size are to decrease the frame rate,
decrease the number of vertical and horizontal pixels, decrease the pixel
depth (i.e. 12 or 16 bits per pixel, not 24 or 32), choose a better
compression algorithm, use monaural sound, and decrease the sampling rate for
sound.

Pam,

You may want to check out my review on Macromedia Flash. In it, I go over
some of the great video capabilities of Flash and also of Macromedia Video
Kit. The Video Kit (sold separately) includes a copy of Sorenson Squeeze,
an excellent video encoder.
