Video playback issue

    I posted something similar late last evening, but I think
    something is quite clear, no matter what I playback it's
    stuttering, jumping scenes.

    Someone suggested that I do something with the
    pagefile.sys?? Not sure how this is done or it's affect
    on my issue.

    I was thinking that my video card is failing?
    I also run Pinnacle with it's own card and when I
    transfer data from a DV camcorder, playback stutters and
    also frames drop like wildfire.

    Any suggestions welcome, gracious!

    give your system specification or go to dxdiag and click the save all
    information button and send it to
