I have the card ATI TV wonder, I have connect my video on my chart TV wonder

Get a program called DVD Santa makes life so easy!

An All-in-Wonder card isn't the best way to do this. The best way is
actually with a digital camcorder that has "pass-through" conversion, or
by dubbing to the digital camcorder. A close second is a high-quality
external video to Firewire (or USB 2.0) converter (there is a HUGE
variation in the quality of these, however).
