very very frustrated

Im quite a new computer user and was just trying to
install a webcam on my comp. Problem is tho, i think the
webcam disk will only work on win98 and i have winxp. Is
there anyway i can install it on my comp? Every time i try
it says 'could not install in windows nt installation
aborted' and thats it.....help! please!!

What brand of webcam?
Did you check the manufacturer's web site for an XP compliant driver?
