Very slow response opening messages with attachments

Users in one of my remote offices are reporting extremely long wait times
when opening any message with an attachment or imbedded graphics. The wait
times often exceed 2 minutes. All users are running Outlook 2002. Their
Exchange 2003 server is local to their office and shows no errors. I
upgraded one user to Outlook 2003 with no change. Does anyone have any ideas
on how to troubleshoot this?

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I've deleted the temp folder,
scrubbed for spyware, bounced the Exchange server. All to no avail. All
users at this site are having the same problem.
