Using the Rules Wizard in Outlook 2003

I want to know if there is a limit to the number of rules you can set up
under the Rules Wizard within Outlook 2003?
Also, is there a way of recognising or signalling unread email if these go
directly to a subfolder within a subfolder of the Inbox, because if this
happens unless you have the sub-sub folder exposed or open then new email
would be hidden?

There's a limit of 32K characters.

Include an alert in the Rule that does the moving.
