Using Test Account Setting Button, Send test e-mail message FAILS

    Send test e-mail message: The specified server was found, but there was no
    response from the server. Please verify that the port and SSL information is
    correct. To access these settings close this dialog, then click More
    Settings and click on the Advanced tab

    We receive this error message, 4 out of 5 times
    However we also receive the test email each time

    Is their a known fix for this ?
