Using Outlook With My Desktop and Laptop Computers

I want my email received on my desktop computer to also be received on my
laptop computer. When I receive email on my desktop (or laptop) the email is
removed from the server. There must be a way to do this without manually
loading and reloading .pst files.

Is it possible that because I'm using a pop account as opposed to an exchange
server that this option's not available?

Enable the option to leave a copy of the messages on the server. It's on
the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.

The option is available for a POP account and not available for an Exchange
account. It's on the Advanced tab of your account properties pages.
