User login information is not retained

I have an Outlook 2000 user where their login information is not retained
after they closeout of Outlook each time they go in they have to put in their
user id and domain. I know there are some settings in the registery where you
can setup so that the login id and domain stay each time you login. Could
someone help me with how to do this??
