Usage Data Not Collected

I have FP2003 and the server is running Windows Server
2003 with the extensions installed.

The server is not collecting usage data for several
months.

I followed the link
http://www.interlacken.com/winnt/tips/tipshow.aspx?tip=30
but I have the Usage Analysis settings set correctly. My
usage analysis is set to run daily, however every morning
I get the email notification but no data is collected.

I use the FP web counters, so I know the server is
collecting some data.

On some of my older websites it is collecting data of 1
out of every 100 pages within the site. And the data it
is collecting is incorrect (Page counter says 1500 hits
and the usage Analysis report says 26000).

Any help in this matter would be appreciated.

Are you sure the Web server is creating log files?

This is an option in IIS Manager.
