URGENT/Reception Error..

I'm getting incoming calls that result in "reception
error" messages on Fax Monitor. I'm using a brand new,
USB USRobotics external modem.

Does anyone know WHY this happens, and WHAT can be done
about it?

Could you give the events description and also for further investigations in
this case we need debug logs. It requires registry changes. Please contact
