URGENT: Can I forward port locally?

Hi Guys,

I have a computer behind a large network of which some port's service
is limited. Is there anyway I can mask or PAT my ports? For example, I
am behind a network which limits the service of port 1215, is there a
way I can route locally of all my information from/to 1215 to port 80?

Not in the computer, NO. No information getting to this port on the
computer.
If you can set the Router/Switch than you might be able to do this. You will
forord the port to a specific port on specific machine.
