Upon receipt of email, Outlook XP changes Contact Sender name to first Contact with the email addres

For use with my Palm and Blackberry, I sent up Contact entries as
representations of matters I'm handling (I'm an attorney) in the
following format:

ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit
ll_Small Client - Small Claims Suit
ll_Medium Client - Federal Suit

for each of those contacts, I assigned the same email address. The I
did that because I wanted email sent to Contact name to be forwarded
to a special email account I have set up to use only for my business
related purposes (I don't give it out or publicize it).

The Contact View for ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit shows the
following as the relevant details:

Full Name: ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit
File As: ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit
E-Mail (the commonly used special email address)
Display As: Big Client - Antitrust - Suit

All client matter contacts are in the same format.

I did this because I record work performed for clients (calls, etc.)
on my Blackberry by sending myself an email with a description of the
work performed. Once the email sent to that special address comes into
Outlook XP, it is moved to a Special Folder I have sent up (via a
simple Rule). I peruse the Special Folder every day to enter the
activity in my time and billing program.

When I send an email to ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit from my
Blackberry, it shows up in the Blackberry Messages screen in the way I
sent it - ll_Big Client - Antitrust Suit, with my special email
address. However, when I open the Special Folder in Outlook to read
the email, all entries I've sent to any of the contacts I gave in the
example is sent to the first contact I set up with the special email
address. In other words, the name of the recipient is being changed
by Outlook XP upon receipt.

Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening?

You failed to mention your Outlook version.
Each version resolves names differently.
If you are sending to the exact same email address, then you should expect
to see the same resolved name each time. You may need to look at a more
realistic way to organize your messages, such as rules.
