upgraded to xp, now images don't completely load in ie6

ever since i upgraded to xp i've had this problem... i'll go to a page
with lots of pictures, but the pics only get halfway loaded (meaning
one-half of each picture shows up, not half the number of pics), then
it says 'done' at the bottom. i have to hit reload almost every
time. what's up with this?

Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

well no luck but i did find what sounds like the same issue raised on
the ms support page...but there's no solution, it says:
Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information
in this article when the information becomes available.

so will just have to wait for that update...*sigh*
