Windows Vista Unwanted attachments being sent Windows mail

Have noticed lately in my mail that emails I send and receive have attachments of conversations I am having with the corresponders. The attachment is viewable here: ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting

As you can see the attachment has an explorer "E" tab at the top - whats that for?

How can I get rid of this feature?
