Unknown device driver for Seagate 250G SATA NCQ (ST3250823AS) hard

Hi,

I have bought a Seagate 250G SATA NCQ (ST3250823AS) harddisk. When I plugged
in the harddisk and started my windows XP, windows prompted that a new
harddisk device ST3250823AS is found and prompt for the driver. Why WindowsXP
does not have such driver? I have search from Seagate site and they also have
no driver for their harddisk in WindowsXP.

However, the harddisk work completely normal under my Windows environment. I
can use the disk manager to format and partition the harddisk and nothing
wrong except that it is using an unknown driver.

Does anyone have the same problem? Please help! Thank you very much!

Here is my PC's config:
MotherBoard: ASUS P4P800 SE
Harddisk: Seagate 120G SATA (System drive)
Seagate 250G SATA
Maxtor 160G ATA
Seagate 80G ATA
