Unhandled exception error number: 0x80040706 Object referen

This occurs whenever I try and open any application. The
windows installer will pop up and then this error. If I
click ok for the three error pop-ups the app opens not
problem. It began after loading a new wireless card on my
system. Even after unistalling the product the problem
still exist. It appears that
Unhandled exception error number: 0x80040706 Object
reference not set
