undo disk cleanup

I was cleaning my disk this morning, a bit sleepy and clicked for cleaning
the restore points, but I need now to restore my computer at some point
yesterday. There is no point I havedeletedthem this morning and there is
only one from this morning that it is not what I need.
Can anyone please tell me how can I undo my cleanup or find the old restore
points. I am new withmy computer and not an expert.
Thanks

I think your restore points other than the last are gone. Why do you
need to restore?

Hope this helps.

Sorry, disk cleanup really does delete the files from the recycle bin. It
might still be possible if there has been very little disk activity since
you emptied the recycle bin.
