undefined function 'RIGHT' in expression

Dear all,
im using MS Access XP "2002", i used the expression
RIGHT, we moved to diskless solution, any way .. the
problem is the Expression (RIGHT) IS NOT WORKING, i write
my expression as follows: RIGHT([ORDERID],4)="2003".

please help me and advise the reason behind it's failure
and the solution of this failure.

The machine has a missing reference.
Open any module in Design view.
On the Tools menu, click References.
Click to clear the check box for the type library or object library
marked as "Missing:."

An alternative to removing the reference is to restore the referenced
file to the path specified in the References dialog box. If the
referenced file is in a new location, clear the "Missing:" reference
and create a new reference to the file in its new folder.
