Unable to remove hotfix from Add/Remove Programs in Win2K Server

Could someone tell me how to manually remove a hotfix from my Win2K Server.
I have a Win2K/Metaframe server, and I really need to remove a particular
hotfix, however, I get "error opening spuninst.log file" whenever I try to
remove it from within Add/Remove Programs. Any assistance with this matter
will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Look in the Windows directory for the $NtUninstallKB-------$ folder with the
KB number of the hotfix that relates to your problem. There is usually a
SPUNINST directory under it that has an uninstall exe or batch file
