Unable to End a Task or Process via task Manager

I may have a warm. I have multiple tasks (ieexplorer.exe, rundll.exe, explore.exe, etc) running on my server. I am not able to delete any of these tasks. What tool do I need to end some of these processes, and further get rid of the duplicate action.

Have you tried the "Kill.exe" app from the Resource Kit?
