Hi,
1) I went >error checking>scan for any attempt recovery of bad sectors
And after a while, a pop up saying "Windows unable to complete the disk
check".
2) Also, on full error checking - on windows restart, it starts Error
Checking, BUT, it stops scanning after 3
or 4 seconds, and it just freezes.
I reboot, same thing.
3) I rebooted with Windows XP CD, and cliced "R" to repair, entered DOS, and
tried to run chkdsk from there, and same thing, it starts, and freezes.
Windows XP opens fine, but now I'm concerned.
So, it seems Error Cheking files are corrupt - is there a way to copy them
from windows XP CD?
Thanks.
