Two Layout Masters - how to apply them to slides I've created

I'm creating my own presentation not using design templates.

I've created 2 Masterslides because I want to make some changes in the
middle of the presentation to change the font and a couple of graphics I have
added.

How do I get one master to apply to some slides, and the other master to
apply to the rest of the slides?

In PPT 2002/2003:

Select Format > Slide Design - Task Pane will appear at right
In your slide thumnails at the left of your screen, hold down the CTRL - key
as you select the slide for which you want to apply the different template
In the Slide Design Task Pane find the desired design, click on the drop
down menu and select Apply to Selection.

Save your Masterslides as Templates .pot PowerPoint will put them in the
correct folder. then apply your template to your presentations.
