Hi
I'm trying to figure out how to DISABLE windows from powering off when I shut down, so I can get th
"Its now safe to turn off your computer" message (I have my reasons..)
I've looked at various things, including the knowledge base and posts elsewhere on the internet.
I can't find anything related in registry, excep
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\PowerdownAfterShutdown ,
changed its value to 1 (previously was 0), but that didnt get me anywhere
I don't have APM in power options, and have the following devices installed: "ACPI fixed button feature", "ACPI power button"
"Microsoft ACPI-Complaint System", the last two I can't seem to disable
Hoping there is another solution other than
unisntall (Adding some registry key somwhere?
Thanks
Yony
