tsweb cannot click on "Connect"

I have this up and running on my machine, but am unable to click the "connect" button on the website when it comes up... assuming that just your ip is to go into "Server" field.... please help me... on a win2k box right no

For some reason you have not completed downloading the ActiveX
control.... Do you have administrative priveleges on this machine?
