TSENG ET6000 / ET6100 / ET6300

I'm doing research into graphic controllers and processors and part of
my research is to focus on the TSENG line of devices. I found data
sheets describing the ET3000 and ET4000 but I haven't been able to
find much more than press releases on the ET6000 series of devices.
I'm looking for information on the desgin and architecture. Any
information would be greatly appreciated.
