Troubles connecting second computer to internet. DHCP problem?

Hi!

I cannot connect to internet from a second computer. Both have MS Windows
XP. I tried with Windows ICS but failed, then I tried with NAT32e
(http://www.nat32.com ) with turned off windows ICS, but it also didn't
work.
I connect to internet using telefonica.com USB ADSL Kit. It creates the
following connections:
Kit ADSL USB Miniport WAN
and
Local connection USB ADSL LAN Adapter
Besides there is also a Local LAN connection through my ethernet card to
the other computer.
In properties of all these 3 connections I set to get automatically IP
address, and DNS.
I've also been trying before to set manually LAN IP addresses, and DNS,
but I couldn't do it for the Kit ADSL USB Miniport WAN because I have
dynamic IP address (I would have to pay extra for a static IP address).

I can send data from one computer to the other so my ethernet cards work,
though for some strange reason the connection between two computers is
being established only after about a minute (since clicking to the
Microsoft Windows Network or any disk name or directory on the other
computer).

I have also firewalls on both computers, on the one where is NAT32 there
is Kerio Personal Firewall (I set there "Is running on internet gateway"),
there is also a rule for DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration
Protocol) enabling UDP packets both directions, and on the second computer
there is the older Tiny personal firewall.
I'm a bit scared turning off firewals, because when I did it recently just
for a few minutes, I got lovesan (wormblaster) in my computer - what a
speedy creature!
But anyway, I don't think firewalls are problem here.

When configuring NAT32 (through NAT32 interface selection) I get "Failed
Windows DHCP configuration" for USB ADSL LAN Adapter and my Ethernet card,
only for NDISWANIP Connection: Kit ADSL USB it does not complain.

When I run built in windows network diagnostics I get:
failure for WAN Miniport:
DNSServerSearchOrder (failure)
80.58.32.97 (failure)
80.58.0.33 (failure)

It loses 100% of packets sent to these DNS servers addresses - but
remember I set to get automatically DNS adresses, so why it is like that?
And I can surf to the web pages on the computer connected to internet, so
it seems that DNS servers work.

Then for USB ADSL LAN Adapter I get:
DHCPServer = 255.255.255.255(not correct IP address)

Sure it's not, but why it is like that...?

The same is for my ethernet card:
DHCPServer = 255.255.255.255(not correct IP address)

Also for diagnostics of DNS servers I get:
failure for WAN Miniport:
DNSServerSearchOrder (failure)
80.58.32.97 (failure)
80.58.0.33 (failure)

100% of packets lost.

At the moment I have assigned the following IP adresses:

WAN Miniport 81.34.9.240
USB ADSL LAN Adapter 169.254.247.10
Ethernet 10/100 169.254.113.126

All packets sent by the diagnostic program to these IPs get through, none
were lost.

Could you, please, help me solve the above described problems?

Thank you in advance
A.
