Trouble hosting documents on my website

I run a triathlon team website and I have a page where I would like to post
training plans for other team members and people to look at and download.

I have been unable to figure out how to do this. I've imported folders that
contain my documents and I've drug and dropped individual files onto the
webpage. They show up as clickable links but when I click them nothing comes
up. I am not running sharepoint and I'm being hosted by startlogic.com

Thoughts??

The website is: www.cincyexpress.org and I want to put it on the training &
racing page. I removed the document when I discovered it did not work. It
was a .pdf document. I've also tried it with .doc documents as well.

Thanks,
Kip

Remove all spaces from file and folder names, and make sure you have web / site open when you import
the folder and then drag the docs on the page to create the links, and then the folder and docs are
upload to the server.

1. Locally, put the .pdf somewhere in the directory where your site resides.
2. Make a link to it in just the same way you would make a link to an .htm
document.
3. Upload the .pdf, and the page with the link.

That should do it - it's pretty simple.

all you have to do is import or copy the PDF, DOC, etc. into your local web,
type some text on a page and select it. hyperlink the text to your
document. It'll work once you publish the docs and links to the server.
