Trouble downloading Critical Updates and Service Pk (1)

For this worm fix and goody pk I have a 56k and download
was 2B 90 min but my time was 650 min got half way and
had trouble with server disconnecting. Msg said I could
get a copy that would allow me to install without being
online. Where do I get that copy? looked all over for it
could not find it.
