TROJAN.GEMA virus

D

Dick Carnicom

Don't know where to turn so I thought I would try here.

I have up-to-date Norton Antivirus software but some way
it allowed the Trojan.Gema virus in. It infected the
C:\winnt\system32\pixel32.exe file. The only way I was
able to do anything with the virus was to start in Safe
Mode. Then the Norton software allowed me to Quarantine
the virus which was in Pixel32. Now everytime I boot the
computer a message comes up and says the Pixel32 file is
missing. What is the file used for? Is there anyway to
correct this situation.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You
