trayapp msi windows installer ?????????/

hi folks

when i start up my computer i keep getting a message saying " tray app msi"
and "insert tray app disc"

and a box with "windows installer"

the only way i can get rid of these boxes is to go into task manager and
close them.

this all started after i had problems with my hp printer.

i system restored to solve the printer problem but now i keep getting this
"tray app" message.

how do i get rid of it for good ???

any help appreciated.

had trayapp.msi when i logged on could not get fix it.went too hp,windows
solutions,nothing helped.Then i found your site and i followed your solution
by going into hp photos on my add and delet and removed my hp photos bingo.I
