Transfer Text in ANSI to export to legacy system

I've created a text file using transfertext in Access2007. I have to open in Notepad and SaveAS ANSI encoding.

Can I encode as ANSI using one of the file types in the Advance Section of the Export Spec Wizard. There is a long list but not on there?
