Transfer Messages from IncrediMail to Outlook Express

I want to transition from using IncrediMail to Outlook
Express, but none of the Import/Export wizards help.

The IncrediMail only exports to a .cab file and none of
the Outlook Express wizards recognize it.

Is there some way to preserve all my messages -- even if
it a manual process?
