When ever the Subform entrys exceed the viewable length of the Subform to
total from the subform goes to "0" when you leave the record and come back to
    it.
While entering information it properly posts the correct total of the
subform to the mainform field. When you leave that record and come back the
subform total goes to "0". I think because it can't see all or the last
record in the subform. Does someone know how to fix this problem.

    Hi KL,

If you send me a private e-mail message, with a valid return address, I will
send you write-up that I have available for displaying totals from a subform
on the main form. Without knowing how you approached this problem, it's kind
of hard to provide troubleshooting advice.
