Tool for Desktop "Enlargement" / Desktop switch to right when mouse touches right border ?

Some time ago I have seen a tool which enables my a kind of "desktop enlargement".
Whenever I drag my mouse to say the right border of my current desktop the current desktop
automtically moves out of the visible area the adjacent right desktop pane area becomes my
new desktop.

I can not remember the name of this tool. Does soemone know this utility ?

Is this possible under Win2000 as well?

desktop solution, like the one Microsoft gives away in their power toys
