Tidy Startup Alternative?

I am looking at "Tidy Startup" but want the features that are in the
paid version and not just the limited free version. Anyone know
freeware that may be better for me to try??

I am open to requestware or registerware... prefer not to have
shareware or nagware.

YOu can try moo4.zip which I recently acquired but have not tried. Moo was
originally a nice looking straightforward menu system for win 3.1, but it
has been expanded to organize and make the startMenu more useable - the
author claims. It is freeware. One nice feature is it gives you
autocompletion of menu items: Type a few letters of a menu item, and
it is immediately highlighted and ready for you to launch it.
