This virus was not identified by norton, HELP please !!

Hello,
I have norton antivirus updated to the latest definition, yet, I opened an
email attachement containing an .src file.
In fact, it was called file.htm .src . And I didn't saw the
src.

-The virus prevents me from opening the windowsxp task manager, it closes it
immediately
-Same for the registry
-It loads a file in the task manager. This files tries to access the
Internet and seems to change its name. Example of names: sizdvmjugrh.exe or
evyearqa.exe
-It closes norton anti-virus

Do you know what is this virus, and how to remove it ?

Can you download and run Mcafee Stinger?
http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/stinger.exe

It can tell more what is the virus you have. Then you can download
suitable removal tool from AV-sites.

It found nothing.
yet, the virus is here, and is launching c:\windows\system32\sizdvmjugrh.exe
at the start of my system, and its closing norton.

I was able to identify my virus, its: I-Worm.Mydoom.e

Do you know how to remove it ?

KAV uses that name.

Do you know how to remove it ?

Trend Micro's "house Call" is a great free onnline scanner.

Go to www.trendmicro.com, pick "free online scan" and
run it.

I saw nothing in the description suggesting that the worm deletes
files.
