The user(s) account is temporarily over the storage quota?

I can receive email from every other domain on the planet except for these two.

cristek.com
cssolutions.net

They both get the same bounce back:

This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

The user(s) account is temporarily over the storage quota.

<[email protected]>

Please reply to (e-mail address removed)

if you feel this message to be in error.

Obviously my inbox is not over any limit and I don't even think this bounce
back is being generated from my exchange server. And whats with the funky
email? ([email protected])?? Thats not my email addrsess. Any help
appreciated.

1. Are you sure they typed your address correctly?
2. Did you ask the postmaster of your mail server?
