For the last couple of days everytime I boot my system I
get "The system has recovered from a serious error.

A log of this error has been created.

Please tell Microsoft about this problem.

We have created an error report that you can send (which
I do) to help us improve Microsoft Windows.

After the error report has been sent, I am taken to a
Microsoft web site that tells me that I have a problem
with the compatibility of the "Shuttle Print Sharer "
particulary a file named sharshtl.sys and how to remove
it using the Add/Remove in Windows.

the Problem is I found the file, not the folder and
deleted it form the system and I still get the same error
everytime I boot.

Can anybody help?

A couple of questions. You deleted the file or you
uninstalled it? if you deleted it then reinstall that
software..Reboot..Then uninstall it useing the control
panel add and remove..Reboot and see if it happens
