The operation failed. An object could not be found.

Hi,

Outlook 2002 on XP Pro.

I made the mistake of removing the outlook.pst before closing the "Personal
Folders" in Outlook. Now I can't right mouse click and click on 'Close
"Personal Folders"'. It generates the following message: The operation
failed. An object could not be found. How can I get rid of this "Personal
Folder"?

I have created another 'Personal Folders' that points to outlook1.pst which
was copied from another machine. And that works fine. But it is a pain to
have two Personal Folders.

Opps, I didn't set up my ID for this newsgroup.

Thanks in advance for the help.

hi if u remember the name of your personal folder .. create a new one
and rename it to what your previous one was and then put it where the
previous one was.. this should fix your issue
