That d**** blinking RealPlayer icon in my Start tray

Does anyone know how to get rid of that little blue, blinking nag icon? I have plenty of players with which I'm very happy. I don't want to be reminded, every time my task bar appears, that I have not yet upgraded to the "latest" ver. of RealPlayer. I'm already aware of that fact. And it's intentional. Thanks in advance for your suggestions

Simply uninstall it or just take it out using MSCONFIG > Autostart Tab:
clear the checkbox in front of the RealPlayer entry

Right click the icon, and select properties or preferences, Icon Setting, and select disable. This can also be done from the Real Player program itself
Or you could dig into the regestry and delete that particular startup icon, but if you open the Real player again, it may reset.
