TFT 17"

Hey,

I know this has been talked about here all over the place, but im looking for a good quality 17" tft monitor. I know what to look for regarding refresh rates/resolution/response times etc, but a couple of things im not sure about is this DVI input? Is this important? Also, what is the ratio thing, says things like 450:1 or something like that.

I like belinea monitors, does this one look good, or is it cack?
