is now available for free download at:

* added small amount of space between window edge and text for
improved readability.

Hmm. I get an error about richtx32.ocx not being registered when I try to
run it.

From the docs:
"You need to have the visual basic 5.0 run time libraries to run this
program. You also need several active X controls (.ocx) that are common
among windows programs to be registered,"

Yes, the richtx32.ocx file is an activeX control for the richtext
control (the same control used by Wordpad and probably some other
applications on your system as well.) The difference is that some
executables have this
control built-in to the .exe so you don't need to have it registered
on your
system. Textbox doesn't have it built-in so you need to download any
controls
that it uses and register them with the regsrvr32.exe program.
