Yes, the richtx32.ocx file is an activeX control for the richtext
control (the same control used by Wordpad and probably some other
applications on your system as well.) The difference is that some
executables have this
control built-in to the .exe so you don't need to have it registered
on your
system. Textbox doesn't have it built-in so you need to download any
controls
that it uses and register them with the regsrvr32.exe program.
